How to Brush Your Dog's Teeth

Instructions:
Step 1. Put the toothpaste on the toothbrush and let your pet smell it.
Step 2. Pull up your pet's lip and brush only the outside of the teeth. Don't worry about getting the inside of the teeth.
Step 3. Lastly, make sure you always reward your pet after you are done to associate positive rewards with brushing!

Periodontal disease is inflammation of some or all of the tooth’s support. When compared to gingivitis, periodontitis also indicates bone loss. If left untreated, periodontitis will cause loose, painful teeth and may lead to an internal disease. How to Pill Your Dog

We highly recommend Pill Pockets for both Cats and Dogs! However, some dogs may be too smart for their own good and as a result, have to be pilled. If you are unsure about pilling your pup, we are more then happy to show you how! Just schedule a Vet Tech appointment with us.
Instructions:
Step 1. Gently grab both sides of your dog's mouth and open.
Step 2. Take the pill and push it as far back as you can manage.
Step 3. Shut your dog's mouth and either rub on their throat or gently blow on their nose to help the pill go down. Your pet with most likely lick their lips when they have swallowed it.
